We are currently recruiting a Secondary SEN Teaching Assistant to support students across Key Stages 3–5 within a welcoming and inclusive secondary school setting starting from September.

The school is a place of passion, where both students and staff care deeply about what they do, the school’s values, and supporting one another. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable experience within education and SEND support.

Key responsibilities:
• Supporting students with SEN on a 1:1 and small group basis
• Assisting with classroom learning and engagement
• Supporting students with Autism, ADHD, and additional learning needs
• Encouraging confidence, independence, and social development
• Working closely with teachers and pastoral staff to support student progress

The ideal candidate will have:
• Experience working with children or young people
• A calm, patient, and adaptable approach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine passion for supporting students with additional needs
