- Monitor student progress and use assessment to inform personalised learning plans.

- Promote independence, resilience, and life skills while maintaining high expectations for all learners.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Have experience teaching Science at secondary level, ideally within a SEND or specialist education setting.
- Have knowledge or experience supporting students with visual impairments and additional learning needs, or demonstrate a strong willingness to develop these specialist skills.
- Be confident adapting lessons to meet a wide range of educational needs and learning styles.
