Key Duties:- Deliver targeted 1:1 support to assigned pupils, focusing on overcoming learning barriers and boosting classroom confidence.
- Lead small group interventions in literacy and numeracy to help raise attainment levels under the teacher's guidance.
- Manage classroom behavior proactively, implementing the school's positive behavior policy to maintain a focused learning environment.
- Prepare bespoke learning materials and interactive resource packs tailored to the diverse needs of the students.
- Escort and supervise pupils safely during key transition periods, including playground breaks, lunchtimes, and local school trips.
What You Need:- Experience working with children in a school, tutoring, or childcare setting.
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills alongside a patient, empathetic personality.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
