We’re working with a welcoming primary school in Brent, Northwest London looking to appoint an organised and reliable School Administrator from September. You’ll support the School Business Manager and Senior Leadership Team while helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the school office. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator looking to join a supportive school with the potential to secure a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing incoming calls, emails and front-of-house enquiries
- Maintaining attendance records and pupil data
- Supporting with invoices, school administration and general documentation
- Welcoming visitors and external professionals
- Liaising with parents, staff and external agencies
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous administration experience, ideally within a school setting
- Professional, approachable and confident communicating with parents, staff and visitors
- Experience using SIMS is desirable but not essential
