About the RoleAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Hillingdon. The school is seeking an enthusiastic teacher to join either their Reception or Year 1 team from September.
This role would suit an experienced teacher looking for a new challenge, as well as an ECT seeking a supportive environment in which to begin their teaching career. The successful candidate will be committed to delivering engaging, high-quality lessons that inspire children to develop a lifelong love of learning.

Main Responsibilities- Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons in line with the EYFS Framework or Key Stage 1 National Curriculum.
- Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment where all pupils can thrive.
- Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress, using assessment to inform future planning.
- Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all learners, including those with SEND and EAL.
- Foster positive behaviour and establish high expectations for learning and achievement.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to support pupil development.
- Contribute to the wider life of the school through enrichment opportunities, events, and school initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records and fulfil all professional teaching responsibilities.
About YouThe successful candidate will:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be on track to achieve QTS.
- Have experience teaching within EYFS or Key Stage 1.
- Demonstrate strong curriculum knowledge and effective classroom practice.
- Be passionate about creating engaging learning experiences that meet the needs of all children.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Work effectively as part of a collaborative and supportive team.
- Have high expectations for pupil achievement, behaviour, and personal development.
