About the School and Role
We are a diverse and ambitious primary school in Brent seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Primary Teacher to join our dedicated team. Main Duties

• Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners
  • Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
  • Assess, monitor and track pupil progress effectively to ensure strong outcomes
  • Differentiate learning to support pupils of all abilities, including those with SEND and EAL
  • Promote high standards of behaviour, safeguarding and wellbeing
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and external professionals to support pupils’ development
  • Maintain high expectations for achievement, behaviour and personal development

About You

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • A passionate and reflective classroom practitioner with high expectations for all pupils
  • Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and effective teaching strategies
  • A commitment to inclusion, equality and safeguarding
  • Enthusiastic, adaptable and committed to continuous professional development
  • ECTs and experienced teachers are warmly encouraged to apply
