Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all pupils can thrive
  • Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress effectively
  • Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of all learners, including those with SEND and EAL
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and senior leaders
  • Communicate effectively with parents and carers to support pupil development
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school, including extracurricular activities
About You
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (or strong ECTs welcome to apply)
  • A commitment to high standards of teaching and learning
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to build positive relationships
  • A reflective practitioner who is eager to develop professionally
  • A team player with excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A genuine passion for supporting children’s academic and personal growth
