Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all pupils can thrive
- Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress effectively
- Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of all learners, including those with SEND and EAL
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and senior leaders
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers to support pupil development
- Contribute to the wider life of the school, including extracurricular activities
About You- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (or strong ECTs welcome to apply)
- A commitment to high standards of teaching and learning
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to build positive relationships
- A reflective practitioner who is eager to develop professionally
- A team player with excellent communication and organisational skills
- A genuine passion for supporting children’s academic and personal growth
