Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and well-structured lessons
- Support pupils in achieving strong outcomes, particularly in preparation assessments
- Use assessment effectively to monitor progress and inform future planning
- Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners
- Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with SEND and EAL
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and senior leaders
- Build strong relationships with parents and carers to support pupil development
- Contribute to the wider life of the school, including events and enrichment opportunities
About You:- Qualified Teacher Status
- Experience teaching in a Primary School
- A commitment to inclusive practice and high expectations for all pupils
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
