We are currently seeking a dedicated Primary Teacher to join a large primary school in Hounslow on a full-time basis starting April 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a large and supportive school community committed to providing high-quality education and positive outcomes for all pupils.

The school serves a diverse community, with pupils from many different cultural backgrounds and a wide range of languages spoken. Inclusion is at the heart of the school’s ethos, supported by a specialist provision for pupils with moderate learning needs that promotes integration and support across the wider school community.
The curriculum is broad and balanced, with strong foundations in English and mathematics alongside creative subjects such as art and music, as well as enrichment opportunities including trips and visitors. The school aims to help pupils grow into well-rounded, ambitious individuals who feel safe, valued and inspired to learn.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the national curriculum.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners.
  • Assess, monitor and report on pupil progress to ensure strong outcomes.
  • Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of pupils with varying abilities and learning needs.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and leadership teams.
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school and support its ethos and values.
  • Maintain high standards of behaviour and safeguarding within the classroom.
 
About You
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching within a primary school setting (EYFS, KS1 or KS2).
  • Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
  • A passion for inspiring children and supporting their academic and personal development.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team within a busy school environment.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
