Pay: £150 – £175 per day

primary school in Merton is seeking a passionate and dedicated
KS1 Primary Teacher to join their team from
April 2026 on a
part-time basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and enthusiastic teacher who is committed to delivering engaging lessons and helping young learners thrive during the important early years of their education.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
- Assess and track pupil progress to support learning and development
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff
- Maintain strong communication with parents and carers
Requirements:- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching in Key Stage 1 (EYFS experience beneficial but not essential)
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- A nurturing and enthusiastic approach to teaching
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
