The Role- Deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
- Provide high-quality teaching across EYFS, KS1, or KS2
- Maintain positive classroom behaviour and a safe learning environment
- Adapt quickly to different classroom settings and year groups
- Follow school policies, including safeguarding and behaviour procedures
- Provide feedback to the class teacher at the end of the day
Key Responsibilities- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Deliver pre-planned lessons effectively
- Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils
- Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policy
- Safeguard and promote the welfare of children
- Liaise professionally with support staff and senior leaders
About You- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – ECTs warmly encouraged to apply
