A qualified and experienced Primary Teacher available for day-to-day supply across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 in schools within the Sutton and Kingston areas.

The role


Supply teachers play a vital role in ensuring continuity of learning when permanent staff are absent. They step into classrooms at short notice, maintain routines, deliver engaging lessons, and provide a calm, consistent learning environment so pupils can continue to thrive.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver pre-planned lessons in line with school policies and expectations
  • Maintain a positive, safe, and well-managed classroom environment
  • Support pupils’ learning, engagement, and wellbeing throughout the day
  • Follow behaviour management strategies set by the school
  • Adapt quickly to different school settings and year groups
  • Provide brief feedback to staff at the end of the day where required
 
About You
  • A qualified Primary Teacher with QTS and classroom experience across the primary age range
  • Confident, flexible, and able to build rapport quickly with pupils and staff
  • Reliable and punctual, with a professional and positive attitude
  • Strong behaviour management and organisational skills
  • Passionate about supporting children’s learning, even in short-term roles
