Primary Teacher (Supply / Day-to-Day)
Location: Ealing, London
Pay: £150 – £175 per day
Contract Type: Flexible Supply / Day-to-Day Cover
 
About the Role
We are seeking a flexible and adaptable Primary Teachers to support schools across Ealing, Hounslow and Brent on a day-to-day and short-term supply basis. This role is ideal for a confident teacher who enjoys variety and is comfortable working across multiple key stages and year groups.
You’ll step into different classroom settings, delivering pre-planned lessons, maintaining a positive learning environment, and supporting pupils’ learning and wellbeing.

You’re confident adjusting your teaching style to suit different age groups, classroom settings, and school cultures. You remain calm under pressure, build quick rapport with pupils and staff, and take pride in being reliable and professional wherever you go.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
• Maintain effective classroom management and positive behaviour
• Adapt quickly to different school policies and routines
• Support pupils’ learning and ensure a safe, inclusive environment
• Provide feedback to school staff at the end of each assignment
• Uphold safeguarding and school policies at all times

About You

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
• Experience teaching across primary key stages (EYFS–KS2 desirable)
• Flexible, reliable, and confident working in new environments
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
