Horizon Teachers is working with a friendly and well-established nursery to recruit a passionate Level 3 Nursery Nurse for a full-time, long-term position starting in September. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive Early Years team dedicated to providing exceptional care and education for children aged 0–5.

As a valued member of the nursery, you’ll help create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can develop the confidence and skills they need to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0–5 in line with the EYFS framework.
• Plan and deliver engaging, play-based activities that support children’s learning and development.
• Observe, assess, and record children’s progress, contributing to learning journals and next steps.
• Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Support children’s daily routines, including mealtimes, personal care, and outdoor learning.
• Ensure the nursery maintains a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment.

What we’re looking for:

• A Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (essential).
• Previous experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting.
• A good understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures.
• A caring, enthusiastic, and reliable approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A genuine passion for supporting children during their early years.
