About you
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching Maths at KS3 and KS4.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage learners of all abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging and challenging Maths lessons in line with the curriculum.
- Assess, monitor, and track student progress, providing effective feedback to support achievement.
- Prepare students for GCSE examinations and support them in reaching their academic goals.
- Maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom management.
- Contribute to the wider life of the department and school community.
