Horizon Teachers are currently working with secondary schools across Barking & Dagenham seeking dedicated Learning Support Assistants to join their teams from September.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will provide classroom, small-group, and one-to-one support to students, helping them access learning, build confidence, and achieve academic progress.
The ideal candidate will:
• Have experience working with children or young people
• Be patient, supportive, and adaptable
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Be passionate about education and student development
