Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one and small group support to students in and out of the classroom
- Support pupils with a range of learning needs, ensuring every student has the opportunity to succeed
- Assist teachers with lesson preparation, classroom management, and creating a positive learning environment
- Help students develop confidence, independence, and engagement in their learning
- Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and families
The Ideal Candidate
- A recent graduate with a passion for education and supporting young people
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to gain hands-on school experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- An interest in pursuing a career in teaching, educational psychology, or SEND support is desirable
