The Role As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:- Support pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
- Provide 1:1 and small group interventions
- Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO
- Support children with additional learning or emotional needs
- Help create a safe, engaging and inspiring learning environment
This role would suit someone who is passionate about helping children grow in confidence, independence and academic ability.
