Horizon Teachers are supporting an Ofsted-rated ‘Outstanding’ secondary school in Barking, East London, who are seeking an HR Officer to join their team on a full-time basis (5 days per week).
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive HR professional to join a supportive school environment and play a key role in supporting staff and maintaining effective HR processes.
The role is full time, 5 days per week, with a salary of £35,000 per annum (pro rata).
The School Is Seeking:
• An experienced HR Officer with strong organisational and administrative skills
• Experience supporting recruitment processes, staff records, and HR administration
• Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and maintaining the Single Central Record (SCR)
• A professional individual able to work collaboratively with senior leadership and staff
• Candidates available to interview in the coming weeks with a view to starting ASAP
