Horizon Teachers is actively seeking a HR Officer for secondary schools within East London. The ideal candidate will be open to working with students aged from 11-16 across KS3 and KS4 students.
About the schoolWe are a mixed secondary school which is committed to providing an excellent education for all pupils from ages 11-16 that is rated OFSTED “Good”. We do provide extensive support for pupils that do require additional support with their learning.

The Role- Working closely with leaders, line managers and external HR providers.
- Acting as a key point of contact for staff absence and wellbeing enquiries
- Assisting with payroll administration, contracts and staff lifecycle processes.
- Supporting confidential meetings and providing accurate HR Administration.
