Are you a recent graduate looking to start your career in education? Are you passionate about supporting young people and gaining valuable school-based experience before progressing into teaching or further education roles?
We are currently recruiting a Graduate Teaching Assistant for a welcoming and high-achieving secondary school in Wembley to start work in September, supporting students from Year 7 through to Sixth Form. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with students throughout their educational journey within a supportive and inclusive school environment.

Key responsibilities:
• Supporting students in and out of the classroom
• Assisting teachers with learning activities and classroom engagement
• Providing 1:1 and small group support where required
• Encouraging student confidence, progress, and participation
• Supporting students’ academic and personal development throughout the school day

The ideal candidate will have:
• A graduate degree
• A positive, proactive, and adaptable approach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine interest in education and supporting young people
