Are you a Psychology graduate looking to gain hands-on school experience before progressing into educational psychology, teaching, or child mental health support?
We are currently recruiting a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant for a supportive secondary school in Barnet starting this September. This role is ideal for graduates passionate about supporting students both academically and emotionally within the school environment.
Your role will include: • Supporting students with additional learning and behavioural needs
• Delivering targeted interventions and classroom support
• Working 1:1 and in small groups with pupils
• Helping students remain engaged and confident in lessons
• Assisting staff with behaviour and pastoral support
The ideal candidate will have: • A Psychology degree or related qualification
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach
• A genuine interest in child development and education
