This is a full-time, long-term position based in Merton, South-West London offering a daily rate of up to £110, depending on experience.
Role Overview:- Provide targeted 1:1 and small-group support to students with additional learning needs across KS3â??KS5
- Adapt and differentiate learning materials to meet individual student needs
- Promote positive behaviour, self-confidence, and emotional wellbeing inside and outside the classroom
- Work collaboratively with teachers and the SENCO to track progress and deliver effective support strategies
