We are working with a welcoming and inclusive secondary school in Enfield seeking a Graduate Teaching Assistant to support students across a variety of subjects from KS3 to KS5.
The school offers strong staff support, excellent behaviour systems, and a caring environment focused on student progress and wellbeing.
What you will be doing: • Supporting learning within classroom lessons
• Working with students on a 1:1 and small group basis
• Helping pupils build confidence and stay focused during lessons
• Supporting teachers with classroom activities and behaviour management
• Encouraging positive engagement and participation
