Key duties include: • Assisting students across different subject areas
• Providing additional support to students who require extra help

• Working closely with teaching and pastoral teams
• Encouraging confidence, independence, and student progress
The successful candidate will: • Hold a university degree
• Be passionate about supporting young people
• Have excellent communication skills
