Horizon Teachers are actively seeking a Finance & Payroll Assistant for a secondary school in Central London on a part time bases.
About you
- Experience in a finance or admin role within a school environment
- Knowledge of Access and DocuWare Software
- Knowledge of payroll processing
- Experience supporting audit processess
Key reponsibities
- Process purchase orders, inovice receipts and payment accurately to deadlines
- Pepare and check BACS payment summaries
- Conduct reconsilations of credit card statements
- Using data bases update financial and budgeting records
- Provide Admininistrative support to the financial team
- Assist with maintaining contracts, service agreements and finance related correspondence
