We are seeking a passionate, nurturing, and enthusiastic EYFS Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant and inclusive primary school in Camden. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is committed to supporting young children at the very start of their educational journey.
Working within our Early Years setting, you will play a key role in supporting children’s learning, development, and wellbeing in a creative and engaging environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Supporting the class teacher in delivering high-quality early years provision
  • Assisting with the planning and delivery of engaging, play-based learning activities
  • Promoting children’s social, emotional, and communication development
  • Supporting phonics, early literacy, and numeracy skills
  • Observing, recording, and contributing to assessments of children’s progress
  • Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
  • Building positive relationships with children, staff, and parents
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience working with children in an EYFS setting 
  • A good understanding of the EYFS framework
  • A warm, patient, and caring personality
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A proactive and flexible approach
  • Relevant qualification (Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent) – desirable but not essential
