Your role will include:- Supporting high-quality teaching and learning in Nursery/Reception
- Engaging children through play-based, creative activities
- Providing individual and small group support
- Helping to create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment
- Supporting children’s social, emotional, and developmental needs
- Building positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
We’re looking for someone who:- Has experience working with children in Early Years (school or nursery setting)
- Holds a relevant Level 2 or 3 qualification (or equivalent)
- Is enthusiastic, patient, and genuinely passionate about early childhood development
- Has excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Brings energy, creativity, and initiative to the classroom
- Understands the importance of safeguarding and child wellbeing
