Our Early Years setting is a vibrant, nurturing environment where children feel safe, valued, and excited to learn. You’ll be working alongside experienced, supportive teachers who are committed to delivering outstanding early education through creativity, play, and meaningful relationships.
Your role will include:
  • Supporting high-quality teaching and learning in Nursery/Reception
  • Engaging children through play-based, creative activities
  • Providing individual and small group support
  • Helping to create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment
  • Supporting children’s social, emotional, and developmental needs
  • Building positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
We’re looking for someone who:
  • Has experience working with children in Early Years (school or nursery setting)
  • Holds a relevant Level 2 or 3 qualification (or equivalent)
  • Is enthusiastic, patient, and genuinely passionate about early childhood development
  • Has excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Brings energy, creativity, and initiative to the classroom
  • Understands the importance of safeguarding and child wellbeing
