We are working in close partnership with a welcoming and well-established Montessori nursery to recruit a passionate and dedicated
Level 3 Early Years Practitioner.
This nurturing early years setting has built a strong reputation locally for its child-centred approach and supportive environment. The nursery provides a calm, stimulating space where children are encouraged to explore, develop independence and build confidence through carefully planned activities and play-based learning. The setting follows the EYFS framework alongside Montessori principles, placing a strong emphasis on curiosity, creativity and early development.
The team is experienced, collaborative and deeply committed to supporting each child’s individual learning journey. Staff work closely together to create a positive, engaging environment where children feel safe, valued and encouraged to thrive. There is a strong focus on high-quality interactions, language development and fostering independence in the early years.
Children are supported to develop socially, emotionally and academically through meaningful activities and nurturing relationships. The nursery community is warm, inclusive and dedicated to providing the best possible start for every child.
The role will involve:- Supporting high-quality play-based learning in line with the EYFS framework
- Assisting with daily nursery routines and creating engaging learning experiences
- Observing children’s development and contributing to learning records
- Supporting children’s early language, communication and social development
- Ensuring a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for all children
The Ideal Candidate:- Holds a Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
- Has experience working within an EYFS setting or nursery environment
- Has a good understanding of the EYFS framework
- Is enthusiastic, patient and passionate about supporting young children
- Works well as part of a team and communicates professionally with colleagues and parents
