We are currently recruiting Daily Cover Supervisors for secondary schools across Tower Hamlets. This role is ideal for graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced school support staff looking for flexible work within education.
As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing classrooms during teacher absences, ensuring students remain engaged with the work provided and maintaining a positive learning environment throughout the school day.
Key responsibilities: • Supervising classes across Key Stages 3–5
• Delivering pre-set lesson materials and instructions
• Managing classroom behaviour and student engagement
• Supporting students to remain focused and on task
• Reporting back to teaching staff at the end of lessons
