The Role:- Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons.
- Work with small groups and 1:1 to support pupils' learning, including those with SEN or EAL needs.
- Help manage classroom behaviour and routines.
- Assist with lesson preparation and resource organisation.
- Play an active role in school life, contributing to a positive learning environment.
Requirements:- Experience working with children.
- A patient, proactive, and enthusiastic attitude.
- Good communication skills.
