The Role As a Classroom Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to support pupils across all areas of learning. 
Your responsibilities will include:- Providing individual and small-group support to help children reach their goals
- Assisting in delivering engaging and interactive lessons
- Helping to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Supporting with classroom organisation, displays, and preparation
- Encouraging and motivating pupils to reach their full potential
This position would suit a graduate looking for school-based experience, a qualified Teaching Assistant, or anyone with a passion for supporting childrenâ??s education.
