The Role:
- Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons
- Working with individual pupils or small groups to boost progress
- Assisting with classroom management and learning resources
- Helping create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Providing additional support to pupils with mild learning needs
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience working with children
- Enthusiastic, patient, and adaptable
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for education
