Horizon Teachers are searching for a Behaviour Mentor in the Enfield area. We are working with a fantastic school who are seeking an experienced behaviour specialist that is able to establish relationships with students and help guide them in the correct direction to set them up for later life. The role is ideal for someone who wants to help sculpt the future generation and provide a clear example for children of what is achievable.

The position would be working with a selection of children from Key stage 3 and Key stage 4, and is best suited to someone who has had previous experience in youth support and community work. The school needs someone who the students can look up to, someone to provide positive reinforcement and a clear demonstration of a positive role model.
 
The ideal person will have:

  • Prior experience working with troubled young people.
  • The ability to establish good relationships with individuals who often struggle to open up.
  • A strong personality with the ability to express positivity verbally to young people.
