We are delighted to be working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Barnet that is looking for a passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join its dedicated team.
This is much more than a classroom support role. You will have the opportunity to become an important and trusted adult in a child’s school life — helping them overcome barriers, develop independence, build confidence and enjoy learning.

You’ll benefit from:
Working closely with the class teacher and SEN team, you will provide personalised support to pupils who require additional assistance to access learning and the wider school environment.
Your day-to-day responsibilities could include:
We’re looking for someone who is compassionate, enthusiastic and genuinely passionate about SEN.
You may already be an experienced Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant or SEN TA, or you may have relevant experience working with children and be looking to develop your career within education.
You’ll ideally have:
Experience supporting children with Autism, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language difficulties or complex learning needs would be advantageous.
