We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Lambeth on a daily supply basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced TA, SEN specialist, or someone with a strong passion for supporting children with additional needs to make a real difference in the classroom.
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and the wider support team to provide tailored support to pupils with a range of additional needs. You may be supporting children on a 1:1 basis or within small groups, helping them to access learning and develop their confidence and independence.

  • Helping pupils develop their social, emotional and communication skills
  • Supporting positive behaviour and encouraging independence
  • Working alongside class teachers and the SENCO
  • Adapting activities and resources to meet individual needs

  • Supporting pupils both inside and outside the classroom

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced working with children with SEN, ideally within a primary school
  • Patient, nurturing and understanding
  • Confident supporting children with a range of additional needs
  • Able to build strong relationships with pupils and staff
  • Proactive, reliable and adaptable
  • Passionate about helping children achieve their potential
  • Available for daily supply work, with the potential for ongoing opportunities
