What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils with speech, language and communication needs
• Working alongside Speech and Language Therapists to reinforce therapy goals in the classroom
• Supporting pupils to build confidence, independence and functional communication skills
• Helping create a nurturing, person-centred environment where every pupil feels valued
• Supporting pupils across a wide age range from primary through to sixth form

What We’re Looking For

• Experience supporting children or young people with SEND or communication needs
• A warm, patient and holistic approach — this school values the whole child
• Genuine belief that every young person can grow and thrive with the right support
• A collaborative team player who models kindness and positivity every day
• Knowledge of AAC, Makaton or Zones of Regulation is a bonus but not essential
