Are you a passionate, caring and reliable Teaching Assistant looking for flexible work in Brent?
We are currently recruiting enthusiastic TAs to work across welcoming primary schools throughout Brent and the surrounding areas on a daily supply basis.
As a Daily Supply Teaching Assistant, you will support teachers and pupils across a range of year groups, helping to create a positive, engaging and inclusive classroom environment.

Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

• Supporting pupils with their learning and development
• Working alongside the class teacher to deliver engaging activities
• Providing one-to-one or small-group support where required
• Supporting children with additional needs
• Helping with classroom routines and preparation
• Encouraging positive behaviour and pupil engagement
• Building strong relationships with pupils and school staff

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Has previous experience working with children in a primary school, nursery or childcare setting
• Is enthusiastic, patient and nurturing
• Has strong communication and teamwork skills
• Can confidently adapt to different schools and year groups
• Is reliable, professional and approachable
• Has a genuine passion for supporting children’s education

Relevant TA, childcare or education experience is desirable, although we welcome applications from candidates with transferable experience.
