Interview
After submitting your application, our team will arrange an interview to learn more about your experience, qualifications, and career goals. The interview may take place online through a video call or at one of our offices depending on your location and availability.
During the interview, one of our consultants will discuss your background, skills, and preferred working environment. This conversation usually takes around 30–45 minutes and helps us understand how we can best match you with suitable opportunities.
