I’m Will – I’ve been working in education recruitment since 2021, helping my client schools source the very best educators whilst ensuring we keep children safe in education.
Having worked as a Secondary Teaching & Learning Support Assistant myself, I like to think I have good insight I can draw on when helping find educators the right school! By understanding the needs and requirements of each school I work with, I have been able to maintain long-standing and conducive professional relationships.
I joined Horizon Teachers early in 2023 and haven’t looked back since!
