Special Needs Teaching Assistant

£70 - £90 per day
A growing number of children and young adults in the UK are being identified as having Special Educational Needs. These developments have led to an increase in the demand for qualified teachers and support staff. Do you have passion to work with children and desire to explore work supporting children with learning difficulties and complex needs?Children with complex needs may exhibit physical or verbal behaviours, may need to repeatedly learn new tasks, require assistance with their physical needs, adapt learning tasks to match their levels, and may have communication difficulties. These children are inspirational and despite their own struggles are positive, joyful, creative, bright and engaging. The staff who need to support them must display the same attributes.
