What we can offer Newly Qualified Primary School Teachers

Not all newly qualified primary teachers want to step straight into a permanent role – and if you are in this category, don’t worry – there are plenty other options available!

Working within long term and short term placements can be a fantastic alternative experience for an NQT – it’s a great chance to get a good overview of the different types of schools out there, see what school cultures and environments you enjoy best, build relationships and create contacts across many different schools and give yourself a bit of time to figure out for yourself what year groups you want to work across before making a permanent commitment.

We’re an incredibly busy consultancy and work with primary schools in every borough of London into the Home Counties too – so we can keep you busy working while we find you the perfect permanent role!

Why choose Horizon Teachers for your primary teaching job:

  • We always look to pay our Teachers the highest rates possible
