Horizon Teachers are supporting an Academy school in Merton who are looking for a Behaviour Support Assistant to work under the supervision of their Student Referral Centre Manager to provide the provision of a full behaviour support and intervention service for the students. Dates: 25th February 2019Salary - £18,616 - £20,616Location - South East LondonContract Term: Permanent Hours - Full Time 36 Hours/39 WeeksThis school are looking for someone who is able to effectively and efficiently, implement the SRC operational procedures to provide a full behaviour support and intervention service to students and staff to support the Academy's Behaviour and Discipline Policy. Able to monitor and support the overall progress and development of students as a mentor, facilitate and encourage a support/intervention experience, providing students with the opportunity to achieve their individual potential. Contribute to raising standards and student attendance.
