The role is Head of Year and would suit a recent strong graduate looking to work in Secondary Schools or someone with recent experience in a similar role. This is a fixed term contract in the first instance but may lead to a permanent role in September 2020.This Outstanding Secondary School is looking for a driven and caring individual with a strong academic background who can motivate and act as a role model to students. The Head of Year position involves coordinating students, tracking progress and delivering guidance to a whole year group Working in a team is vital as you will be working in close partnership with other heads of year. You must be degree educated and available to start in January 2020. The current post holder is leaving to start additional studies which is encouraged. The school do however need someone who can commit through until July 2020.
