The class itself has 25 children with big personalities and lots of energy, so you will need to have strong classroom management skills. They are looking for an individual who is patient and confident as you will be expected to take smaller groups of children out for reading sessions and 121s. The school are looking for someone with previous experience working with children and someone who has a real desire to make a big impact on their lives.
