These roles can be on a long term, short term or even day to day basis, it's up to you! Our commitment has and always will be to the children that attend these education environments, and we want our staff to be able to give them the best quality education and experience they can, no matter what.
I am looking for Passionate and dedicated Specialist Teachers to support in Complex needs settings in the South East London.
Children with complex needs require support in every aspect of their lives not only in School.
A number of special and tailored approaches are used to teach pupils at the schools and students benefit from working as a class group and a 1-1 basis. Complex Needs can be anything from those with co-existing conditions (e.g. autism and attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder) challenging behaviours to other significant difficulties such as physical disabilities, communication issues, sensory impairment or a severe medical condition. Children with complex needs can have a physical impairment along with their learning disability, so pupils benefit from lots of positive interaction, play, strong behaviour management, and support to enhance their communication and independence skills.
