I am currently working on behalf of an outstanding Primary School in Dagenham who are looking for an experienced LSA with SEN Experience to start in January.
This role will be supporting several students in the school who have ASD. There are 3 students around the school who require additional help at different times of the day, this is predominately during core subjects.

The school is a 3 form entry Primary who were graded as Outstanding by Ofsted in 2016. The school also performs very well academically, it is currently in line with or above national average trends in all key areas.
It is a vibrant and lively school with a well-established staff and Leadership Team. The school is welcoming and relationships are extremely positive.

Learning Support Assistant - Supporting SEN

£70 - £105 per day
Learning Support Assistant - Supporting SEN * Primary School, Key Stage 2 * North London- Tottenham Area * Starting January 2019 A large Primary School in North London is looking for a Learning Support Assistant to be based in Key Stage 2. This position is starting in January 2019 for the rest of the academic year. This position is to support a child with ADHD the child has emotional reactions when frustrated, this is sometimes expressed by the pupil in aggression. The  child responds well to individuals with a calm and patient attitude. The SENCO has developed a strong working relationship with them and is working to support the child and family in and outside of the school environment. The successful applicant will be required to support the child with their learning and also with their behavioural and social development. The child can be easily distracted and find is very difficult to focus when working in the classroom. So the school have scheduled some time in for them outside of the classroom to work. Due to the child's volatile behaviour golden time is allocated to them when they become distracted and anxious, this is when a sports background would come in to effect to help calm them down. A Secondary Academy situated in Greenwich is currently looking for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join their Designated Special Provision (DSP) team and work full time, 5 days a week commencing Monday 7th January 2019 until the end of the academic year. The SchoolThis is a secondary academy for pupils between the ages of 11 -19 with a Designated Special Provision for pupils with Moderate Learning Difficulties. Staff support pupils with MLD all of who receive full-time shared support across the board of the NC Curriculum either in the mainstream school or in the DSP.
