Teacher of Religious Education

We are currently working with an Ofsted Outstanding' Catholic school in Redbridge, which has an exciting opening for an experienced Teacher of Religious Education, starting in September 2018.

The school caters for pupils aged 11-18 years, and has a very popular Sixth Form. With a Progress 8 score well above the national average, it is no surprise that pupils at the school achieve very well. Ofsted reported that They enjoy their learning and are excited about learning more. They are immensely proud of their school.'

For this role, there is the possibility of a TLR, for responsibility of KS4 RE, for the right candidate.

Maths Teacher - Secondary Pupil Referral Unit - September 2018

This is a Full Time position to work between the hours of 8.30am and 4pm Monday to Friday term time only. The position will initially be until Christmas but, for the right person, this is likely to continue until the end of the academic year.The school provides places for up to 60 students between the ages of 14 and 16 who are at risk of permanent exclusion or have already been permanently excluded from mainstream education. The majority of students will remain until they complete Key Stage 4 after which the school support students to transition into Further Education. Aside from Social, Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (SEBD) students have a range of associated Special Educational Needs (SEN) including ADHD and OCD. Teachers are therefore required to differentiate their lesson plans to students with a variety of needs.
