Horizon Teachers is currently working with a fantastic school who're looking for an amazing RE teacher to join their expanding department! The mixed school aims to be the first choice for parents in the area and boasts a proud and diverse student body who pride themselves on excellence! They work closely with their local community to provide a culturally rich curriculum and as an RE teacher, you will be helping to spread their message of tolerance and acceptance throughout the school year! You'll be joining a well-respected department that help to create the Christian culture within the school and promote the Christian ethos to all students. The school are looking for a highly motivated individual, newly qualified or experienced, to hit the ground running with an infectious passion for the subject!

In return for your continued outstanding practice within the school, the school will offer an extensive CPD programme to help improve your practice further, and to spend time speaking with other members of staff to try some techniques they have tried and tested! As a member of the RE department you'll be asked to take part in discussions surrounding the continued improvement of the department and will be encouraged to take part in curriculum planning! NQTs will be supported throughout their induction year with training and weekly meetings with experienced members of staff. They will be mentored through their practice to make sure that they are on the right track and continue their outstanding teacher practice
