An Outstanding Secondary School in Redbridge are looking for a teachers of Psychology and Sociology to join the school from January 2019 and complete two terms at the school until July 2019. This role is to cover a period of planned absence at the school. The position would suit an experienced teacher looking for a short term cover role.

  • A Teacher with experience of teaching Psychology and Sociology to KS4 and 5.
  • A Teacher who can progress students to achieve high GCSE and A Level grades.
  • A Teacher with a track record of collaborative teaching in strong departments.

The school itself is an Outstanding mixed non selective Secondary School located in Redbridge. Results at both GCSE and A Level are outstanding and students progress to top universities. The department is excellent and results at GCSE and A Levels are amongst some of the highest in the school. At GCSE and A Level students are taught in mixed ability groups and follow the AQA Syllabus. With good transport links this role would suit teachers from across London.
